The only reason for the season
Go to google.com, click images then type in Christmas... What comes up?
Santa, trees, stockings, reindeer etc... Wheres Jesus?
Keep looking... go thru all the pages for the search entitled "Christmas"... try to find one picture that relates in any way to Jesus, you cant.
Go to the mall... look in all the windows... what do u see?

Why? Merry Christmas isn't "Politically correct."
HOWEVER... WHATS THE REASON FOR CHRISTMAS?!?! WHY DO WE CELEBRATE IT?!?! Christmas has nothing to do with presents, reindeers, santa, elves and all the other christmas propaganda. Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus, thats the only reason!! So in reality "Merry Christmas" is the ONLY thing that is politically correct.
All it takes is ONE person to "feel offended" when they see Merry Christmas on a sign and it must come down. But I feel offended when its taken down, and im sure many other people do to, obviously that means nothing to anybody. I understand that there are other religions out there, but over 80% of the world is Christian... Christmas has been here forever... how come suddenly we can outlaw it? AND most religions all have the same belief in God, just different rules and stuff.
Why do people celebrate Christmas if they dont believe in God? another thing that really stumps me. How can u celebrate Christmas and not believe in God? what do u do on Christmas? just open presents and thats all? Do they not go to church and pretend that the real reason for Christmas is just to recieve presents? They celebrate Christmas, but then feel offended when they see a sign in the mall? Thats pretty hypocritical.
Dont get me wrong, i love presents just as much as the next person. But i feel that everyone is forgetting the real reason of the season. The ONLY reason for the season. I feel that people are too power hungry and just say they are offended because they have the power to make that sign go down by doing so. This country was founded on the belief of God. Why try to take him out now? its stupid. All i know is as long as we have BUSH as our president those people arent going to win. God will stay in the pledge, on our money, and Christmas will still be around. (Another reason why i really love Bush)
What happens tho when we have a new president? what if hes athiest? I have a big fear that when i have kids Christmas will be so limited that they never will get to understand the real meaning of Christmas because it will be all about the presents, maybe it wont even be called Christmas anymore.
So please remember as ur tearing thru your presents on Christmas morning that Christmas isnt about who hasnt the best gifts or the most presents. Please keep in mind the real reason during the day. Go to church, make praying the first thing u do when u wake up Christmas morning.
