Dear Senator Roy Ashburn,
Well, what can I say; I knew it. I knew it when you studied the tie section at that Gucci store in the Sacramento mall just a tad-bit too long. I knew it when you came home from the Mazda dealership in that Miata, you chose red. Had it always been that obvious? I'm sitting here penning this with a looming mode of giddy excitement now. Think of the possibilities Roy! We could have been dynamic (like milk & cookies). But enough about you Roy, this isn't really about you (or is it?).
Your family will almost certainly disown you now but I won't Roy. Even though you broke my heart on more occasions than I care to remember.
I'm being coy. The point of this email, Roy is to offer you the chance of a life-time to totally and utterly redeem yourself to the 34 friends I have on my facebook account (I know that seems like a small amount of insignificant people but we'll start small and then build from there like the Romans did). A public apology is in order Roy and what better forum than here? If you know of one please tell me because honestly this is the largest one that I could think of.
My honest and deliberate suggestion shouldn't be tossed aside with all of the other spam your office no doubt receives. Make this priority 1 Roy! Act fast, your image is being tarnished. How does 8pm pst sound?
