a romantic weekend in maine
with three people that i adore.
bed & breakfasts covered in christmas lights
strolling in and out of pastry and candy stores.

i now have a pebble in my pocket to think of you.

boy and i walked up and down the beach
looked threw the tide pools
we befriended a sad starfish

there was a baby in a water logged diaper
who took joy in pulling the snails off the rocks

cheep wine and hard lemon aid
you're my favorite person to lay in a hammock with

yeah had class tonight
yeah missed Reel Big Fish because of it
yeah i sad
yay for being responsible
it'll be worth it in the end
