The Ten Spot Prompt 150 - Christmas Traditions
TEN Christmas traditions.
1. Waking mom up at the crack of dawn to open our presents
2. Making Christmas cookies, fudge, breads and cakes
3. Sneaking into the kitchen at night to steal another cookie or piece of fudge only to see that mom beat me to it.
4. Seeing friends
5. Decorating the tree with Christmas music playing in the background.
6. Sometimes Ares or Hercules will drop by on Christmas. Usually when mom's gone though.
7. Popping popcorn and trying to string cranberries and popcorn together. Every year we try and every year we fail. It's harder than it looks.
8. Christmas SHOPPING. Okay, that should probably be number one since that's my favorite thing to do.
9. Christmas movies and cartoons. Seriously, it's not Christmas without It's a Wonderful Life and the Grinch.
10. Eating, eating, eating. Gotta love the holidays where you're allowed to eat stuff that's not good for you and no one says anything.
