(no subject)
so where to start?
my new name is Lars... so if you could refer to me by that name i would really appreciate it. haha long story.
spring break is soon approaching and i for one am stuck in p-town, HOWEVER! break is still gonna rock. first off on the 25th (good friday)- felix culpa concert @ knights of columbus starting at 6:30!! ... and might i add that kay is coming in town for that special event so if you wanna get to see her, you will have to come with us because i will not compromise even one minute of her while she is here. thats right im being selfish! haha, but seriously call me if you wanna join us!
alyssa and i want to have a creative comp. inspired writing party sometime either next week or over break at a local coffee shop- because we are behind where we should be.... so if you feel like writing some deep shit or just wanna hang out w/ us and get "jacked up" (as pinley would say) on sugar and coffee, let us know!
oh yeah and before i forget- "STATE CHAMPIONS BITCHES!" yeah thats right, my travel team won state this past weekend on friday. it still feels unreal that it actually happened. the final score was 2-1 and we had to go into FOUR overtimes before we finally scored our second goal to break the tie and put us above the other team. and i licked the trophey- which was pretty freakin disgusting... and during the game this girl threatened to "cut me" and im like "yeah?" and shes like "YEAH!" and im all "[laughing] okay..." so she tried to trip me (and im thinking to myself... what is she gonna do? pull a knife out of her equipment and stab me?? idiot!) and while being so preoccupied with attempting to trip me she gets offsides so the refs blows the whistle, so then she was super pissed off and im (of course) laughing even harder at that point... yeah that was awesome. oh and i got a penalty for "elbowing" when i clearly checked myself into the boards in front of her so she would run into me (you see in girls hockey there is no checking allowed... so i just run myself into the boards causing the other team to slam into ME- sometimes im even successful at getting the ref to call something against the other team when they run into me... alyssa calls me "kamikazee kelly" but hey my strategy totally works... plus the other team thinks im crazy so they dont mess w/ me!)so now im on a tournament team with a few of the girls that won state with me and we're gonna have an awesome spring season! going to hayward, WI already this friday thru sunday! im very excited!
and since we're on the topic of hockey (ha- when am i not on that subject!?!?) my high school team made it to the top 16 teams in state! our final game was on monday... sadness! no more boys hockey for me :( im gonna miss all you guys next year!
