What a week of hmm....
So, I'm back from Up North, and still alive, with a day ontop of it, just to tired to update last nite...
The trip up wasn't so bad like I thought it would, spending a few days with dad was what I thought a punishment, but it wasn't like that at all, but I'm just glad I'm back home and can talk with my friends, family, and just completely relax. We had some audits to do on the way up, almost a dozen I believe, and then the rest of the time was just veging and spending time at uncle pats and out on the water at the lake he lives off of. The day we got up there, we went that nite over to my uncles and went extreme tubing, which consists of two people in the tube they have which sits two people in littlw seats, and going about 30mph on the open water. First time out in ages was with aunt tracy, and just her reactions to a lot of stuff was funny, mostly what she was saying, lots of "Oh SH*T"'s lol. The I went out with Brittany, my aunts neice and thats when we got dumped, and it hurt bad! I'm guessing that we hit the water doing about 35mph, and I'll tell yuh, the feeling was like landing on concrete and had my lifevest shoved into my chest under my ribs, I was done for the day to say the least. We went back over the next day, and I only went out once but was with uncle pat, and the water was pretty choppy, and we both thought aunt tracy was trying to kill us, but its always fun to watch people out in the tube rather then be the ones being watched. One nice thing was that uncle pat and aunt tracy invited natalie to their house this weekend in grand blanc for dinner with mom, dad, and myself, and also invited her to come up north for next weekend, so I hope she could come, I would be soo happy if she could go.
Thursday we went out on our boat, and then packed up shop and headed south towards home. I was texting natalie often and got an idea to surprise her and devon at band that nite, since I'd be home in time, and I did! She loved it, and devon almost killed me when he saw me, almost took me down, but I got out of the way and he almost fell. But it was sweet, and I took her out to ice cream and had a half hour of alone time with her, and it was well worth it....
Then we had today, which was boring at home. It consisted of me sleeping, eating, then playing my bass for almost 3 hours, but I've got some interesting riffs written out so, I gotta get together with some people and jam it out to see if anything can come out of them....
But later on, I was invited out by Natalies parents to come with them out to the Ukranian Sunflower Festival down in Warren, and I went! It was pretty fun, good food, rides and games, and then Ice cream afterwards. I got to meet somemore of her family, and felt great being introduced by Natalie and her Mother as Natalies boyfriend, such a nice comforting feeling... Made me smile everytime. And on our way back to her house I asked her if I'm her boyfriend now, since I've been waiting for an answer for a couple weeks, and she said yes.... I'M LOVIN IT!
Now the rest of the weekend should be interesting... Got the Rankes Volly Ball gathering tomorrow day, then tomorrow nite my friend Karl Hoffman's band from flushing is playing 2nd at Jamas in Holly, so I'd love to go to that, I havn't seen him in almost 2 years or so, then sunday is a chatterton gathering at uncle pats, that should be fun since natalies coming also.... Now I'm to bed, happy thoughts and tiredness.. Good nite my beloved....
