She cried....
Today was good, got out this morning after sleeping till 11 for the first time in ages! Went to the Hotel and saw some people whom all were glad I was ok and to see me. Stopped in at George and Chrissie's(Holly Hotel Owners), then out to Fenton for shirts and cashing checks. Got home and soon after had company in the form of Roy, Greg, Christine Bignotti, and Natalie Single. We watched some tv, played with lizzie, and looked at pic's of the car on the computer and Christine's cell phone from the nite of the wreck.
Ate dinner shortly after they left, won a game of cards against the folks, then natalie my darling came over.
We watched part of George Carlin's new special then Desperate Housewives. Good Episode.
But what got me the most today, was when we were watching tv together on the couch. I was laying down as she was sitting. I looked up at her and noticed she was looking at me slightly different. She started to cry... her head fell to my chest, i asked her what was wrong, but she said nothing was wrong. Just so happy to be able to be sitting next to me now and how terrible it would have been if she couldn't be. I've never felt that feeling before from seeing her cry, you know?
But I gotta get to sleep, the vicodin's wearing off.... God Thank you for all that you've given me this past week. For sparing me and allowing the c2 fracture to be where it is, just millimeters shy of me not being able to walk, I thank you for my abilities.... Good Nite My Beloved.
