Ok, so I've come to realize that it's not fair to my beautiful Azul for me to keep him. He's not coping well with the baby getting more attention than he gets. While I was pregnant, he decided that my 11 y/o son was "his person" who's only here half of the time, due to the custody situation and less than that when we're on the go. Which, admittedly

Snuggles lost her first home, due to being jel of the new baby, and the mom being afraid that she would atack the baby.
The second home she tryed to drive the wife out of the house.
I know you have to do what is best for your baby and for your Parrot.
I wish I lived closer.

No, he'd not be safe there, I don't think. We'd still have the issue of my son only being around 1/2 time there, too.

As long as he can get along with other birds. And does not aggressively attack men.

I live in Lake Highlands in Dallas, and have had five cockatiels for the last nine years. My sister who lives here as well has a double yellow Amazon for the past twelve years.

I would love to see more pictures of your bird and speak with you about her, if she is still available for a new permanent home. I love my birds tremendously - they receive excellent care and much kindness. They are a part of me.
