I AM GETTING A KITTEN...
...provided it doesn't run away/is killed/dies before it can be weaned. A stray cat had been hanging around Rachelle's house and it had kittens, and one of them, a boy, is black and white and Rachelle thought I might want him, and I DO of course. They have named him Moo since he looks like a cow. He and his siblings were born Sunday and Monday, so they're still teensy. I'm terribly excited. This does mean that we'll have to start looking for a house to rent ASAP, because he'll be of weaning age around mid-May, and I want to have him immediately. I'll have to find someone to sublease for me at my current place, but I'll have to find a new place first, and possibly end up paying 2 rents. But it would be worth it to FINALLY own a cat!
