FINALLY! i like this even better than christmas sex, it was the day after christmas sex! who doesn't like finding a present that was left unopened?!

oh my bb seto and torr-the whore. someone please get these two a reality show. the whole phone conversation was so believeable! i hope devin doesn't barf everywhere and embarrass himself on the 4th lol.

It was hot, like the furious sun beating on his peeling back, skin boiling with burns that wouldn’t ever heal. It was the state between dream and reality, like listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops, the world gloomy and grey while he was dry and warm inside, curled up ready to fall asleep. It was humbling, like the roars of the crowd when his name was boomed through the loudspeaker, making him feel so small. It was heartstopping, like the last seconds ticking off the clock, a goaltender pulled so one team could force the extra five minutes, either pleading for time to speed up or for it to stop completely.

But there was one thing it was not, and because of that, the feeling became so much more complicated.

It was not the thrill and the joy and the fullness so great you think you could cry that came with winning the game… because it was more than that. So much more than that.

oh hello there new favorite part of this series. like seriously, so so much love.

My favorite Christmas present is always the last ;)

And those two are the best! I had to include them because they are love for life. I'm glad you liked the phone call! Especially the... *ahem* creative nickname I came up with. Isn't it hilarious?!!?! And I hope he does. Because that would be awesome <3 Oh Devin.

And I am SO glad you like that part! I myself enjoyed writing it, awesome enough. Oh Joe, you loveable sap.
