Scottie caught Joff staring at him as a trainer was attending to the inch wide gash in between Scottie's eyebrows. Blood was being wiped away and a clear liquid band-aid was applied.
"What are you looking at me like that for?" He noticed the intense look on Joff's face, one that displayed deep thought.
"Just noticing how your face isn't so perfect anymore."
Scottie frowned for a brief second but then a grin quickly replaced it. "You still love me though."
"Yeah," Joff smiled. "Always."
