Actually, I've referenced that a couple of times, just fyi - in "Rookie of the Year," (Marc is there when Phil makes the discovery) and again in "When Worlds Collide" (during an - ahem - encounter with fellow cancer survivor Jon Lester). :-)

Oh yes; Matt's been in the Bruins system for a while, and Phil is still often referenced to as a cancer survivor in the media. The Bruins' AHL team is in Providence, which means the Baby B's are all very well aware of everything that's going on in Boston.

Not to mention the fact that he only has one testicle. Matt would be quite familiar with that fact. ;-)

Mario Lemiuex, of course, is probably the most famous. Also Saku Koivu, Jason Blake and John Cullen.
