Personality:
When you first look at Satoko, she is very energetic and mischievous. In the Game Club, the main rule is to 'win anyway as possible'. She keeps high spirit like in the games as she tries to pull any strings to have the game in her favor. Her main strategy is setting up traps, especially on her friend, Keiichi. She is given the title as the 'trap master'. When Satoko becomes highly confident, she will turn bratty mainly after someone falls into her trap. She loves to pick on Keiichi mainly because he seems as a worthy rival. When she is told to do something she acts in a brat and selfish manner. Satoko is used to watching out for herself.
Satoko wasn't always energetic in the past, she depended on her brother to watch over her. After her brother disappeared, it felt as if the town was against her. One person turned to her and that was Rika. Now that you have two orphan girls living under the same roof, Satoko had to pull her own weight to help and support Rika. This is when Satoko's independence grew. Not only she would help out with the house, she would also watch over Rika just as Rika did the same. She even used her traps for security around the home to keep them both safe. She hates to feel hopeless. When she noticed Rika's behavior changed during the Yakusamashi-hen [Disaster Awakening Chapter], Satoko asked. Rika pushed Satoko away from it. That made Satoko observe Rika from a distance. Satoko's suspicion grew and worried by Rika's behavior and fear. Satoko could only watch from a distance and wonder what could a small girl do to help. Then it was time to take matters to her own hands. Satoko would lie, lay traps, almost anything to watch over her friend. Rika's pain was Satoko's pain.
Satoko has more of a bond as a sibling than with a parent. Because of that, she looks up to Keiichi and Shion as older siblings. When she was worried about Keiichi being alone, Satoko came over and made dinner for him. Because Keiichi watches over her sometimes, Satoko looks up to him as an older brother. The same with Shion, she looks up to her as an older sister. Shion would go out of her way to prepare lunch for Satoko, especially the foods she dislike. What's interesting is, they don't raise their voice to her and that's why they both have Satoko's trust. Satoko doesn't have any experiences of parental bonding because her relationship with them in the past. Instead she had her older brother with her and adapted to that. Satoko felt she could trust older kids who are close to friends with her and watch her as a small sister in a way. Plus, she also gets some attention like any little girl would like.

Satoko isn't any magical girl but it is said she is blessed with the art of 'Trap'.
Trapmaster:
-Satoko has spent more than 3 years on making traps where she can; from her home to her school. She is known to lay some traps around the school to fool her classmates and her rivals. She even treats her hometown Hinamizawa like her backyard and playground. Her traps are like artwork to her. Satoko takes pride on what she does and enjoys every moment it is used. The forest around Hinamizawa is her fort. When you see a danger sign, it isn't because you could get lost, she has traps everywhere.
-She has used her trap skills for games in the Game Club she's in. Number one rule of the club; there are no restrains, give it all you got! In other words, you better give it all or it's the penalty game! Satoko doesn't go easy on her opponents.
-Not only Satoko is very creative on preparing traps, she has a remarkable ability to predict her opponent's move three steps ahead of them. The only thing she fails at is predicting the after-math.

Kick the can, another version of playing tag. One person is 'it' as the rest of the people scatters. Easy, kick the can before being tagged by the 'it' person yes? First rule of the Game Club, 'win at any cost'. After everyone scatters, Sakoto is alone standing tall on the aluminum can. First priority, check your surrounding. Even the area around you can be used for your advantage. Sakoto rests her chin on her hand as she rubs her thumb and index finger deviously.
One of first rules tactic, deceive the enemy. As Sakoto begins to work on her first trap she already had a second one following. She had to be three steps ahead of the game in order to perfect her traps. It is crucial she defeats her opponent with no mercy. The first trap is set as an obvious ditch; dried grass and twigs covers the made ditch on the ground. She leaves little gaps between each hole towards the can. At least they'll have something to worry about.
That's not all.
The second one she already set, a thin layer of rope in the tree areas if they had any plan to go around. In the end, they would fall back in the first trap how perfect. She also had to check on the accounts of the club members. Once everything is in place, Sakoto rests her foot on top of the can very confident as her taunt laughter echoes. It look as if she is standing in the middle of a mine field.
She can already taste victory on the first three of her victims. It is only a matter of time. Let the battle begin.
"OH-hohoho!" She begins her taunt. "Let's see if any of you can pass me."
She already watches one of them deceiving her traps. That's right, walk right into it.
