John:
Ok, like many of you I've seen this movie many a time, but with the new re-release of this classic to DVD I had to rush out and get it.
I've been looking to buy this movie since I got a DVD player (Buying the tape in the DVD age would have been blasphomy).
For the 2 of you who haven't seen this movie let me tell you the plot:
A Cuban refugee and his brother get an opportunity of a lifetime to come to America as citizens by simply performing a murder. The stronger brother builds up a cocaine empire and wackiness ensues.
Al P plays the lead role as a Cuban (even though he's not even close to Cuban) and does a remarkable job bringing Tony Montana to life.
This movie is an American classic, and as far as I'm conserned brought Al into the spotlight.
It tells about the life of a criminal, something we're all curious about, don't try to deny it.
The acting is dynamic, the plot superb, and the character evolution is brilliant. This movie is an American classic, and anyone who hasn't seen it should.
This movie is a part of American history, even though many may choose to deny it, it is, and there is alot to be learned, paranoia and greed always lead to downfall.
I give this movie an outragious thumbs up!!!
If you haven't seen this movie, it's time to pop your cherry!!!!!
Oh, and we were both drunk and let people put make-up on us, so our picture is AWESOME!!!!

Joe:
Wow, I love this movie more every time I see it. Tony Montana has more balls than any man on this planet. He's been threatened with guns, knives, and chainsaws and never buckles under pressure. If you haven't seen this movie for some reason... see it for the sole purpose of seeing the ballsiest character ever. I love the fact that so many people die in this movie... I'd be dissapointed if they didn't. Tony Montana came from Cuba and lived the American dream for a short time.... but he lived it well. Even so... he ends up creating his own downfall and, of course, zaniness ensues. By the way... John ejaculates every time he sees this film. That alone should be enough to get you to watch it!
Thumbs WAY up.
By the way... isn't our picture glamorous?
