Well, that was fun.

High school, that is.

With the disgusted toss of a packet of papers into a cardboard box on the floor, I completed the last of my assignments for high school. That's so weird I can't really even think about it.

Past few days have been busy and good.

This weekend: Spam Jam was awesome, then Alex's on Sunday where Mike Viola came and performed (a gift for Alex from his uncle; Mike Viola is one of his fav. artists.) From the music of his that Alex had given to me, I didn't really expect to like it, but live this guy was amazing. Really good performer.

Tues: French final- meh. Math final problem set- killed me, but I really don't care any more. Tuesday afternoon was awesome; Dan, Shai, Tim H., and Mike Sumner all met at Yale for some pick-up ultimate that happens every Tues. at 5:30, Sun. at 3:00, and some Fridays at 5:30 (go here for more info: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/YDSF/ ) I went once last year with my bro and Dan, but I think I'm going to try to make it there most of the time this summer. Most of the people that play there are also in the league that I joined. A woman that was there (50s or so, had clearly been playing disc a long time) asked me if I was signed up for the summer league, then asked my last name and told me she had a phone call to make (the draft for the teams are going on right now). So that was cool. Semi-recruitment, except not really.

Wed.: Dan's house, just chilled with Nate, Alex, Dan. We played Risk, but screwed up the rules so it ended up being a lot shorter than it would normally have been (but still pretty long).

I know I'm one of the few, but I'm going to miss Hopkins. I've had an awesome time here, and met some truly amazing people. Sorry if it sounds sappy, but it's too true not to be said.

Saturday: Cirque du Soleil! 'Twill be fun.

I really need to work on my book some more.

(PS: re: my current music: my mom bought the CD, and I listened to some of the songs, and liked them. So now they're on my computer).
