Shinies!
Recently I bought a cheap Argos flat screen CRT TV for just over 80 quid and moved the small 14" into the bedroom.
The new TV is bloody huge and takes up acres of space. As does the old 21" CRT monitor that sits on my pooter desk.
So I have taken some excellent advice and spent last month's overtime pay on one of these: http://www.lge.com/products/model/detail/m228wa.jhtml which will replace both and be a damn site better for the eyes. Tonight I get to rearrange the sitting room and I'll get a bedside table out of the deal, too.
The TV has been bagsied by my mum but this leaves a 21" CRT monitor going begging if anyone wants it. Only problem is you'll have to collect it as it won't fit on the back of the mountain bike!
Meanwhile, I have New Gadget Glee and am unfeasibly smug about it.
