Feelin' thinner

At 190-ish pound I'm definitely over weight.

I've been exercising in some form 3-4 times a week or more. Have I lost weight? No. Do I fit into my clothes better? No.

However! For some reason, lately, I've felt thinner. This is a hard feeling to describe. I don't think I look physically any better, but my body feels better. I don't feel "heavy".

It's strange. How can I feel lighter but not actually BE physically light?

Does it, perhaps, have something to do with having more muscle? Perhaps because my muscles are stronger, carrying around the extra weight isn't as much of a strain as it use to be? So then even though I haven't lost any fat I still feel lighter?

Guess that could be it indeed.

Hmmm... curious.
