Yeah........
1. Augusta was interesting. I think that I did rather well getting there considering I'd never driven there before. Althouhg driving 3 hours without any music got really old really quick. I finally got there around 9 at night- and then I picked up Gene and we met up with Tori and the kids that she was watching for the weekend. That night was fun- even though Tori kept me up really really late updating me on everything. Only the two of us would take kiddos to eat dinner and to Walmart late at night:) I don't know what it is but I'm convinced that it just isn't possible for me to go to bed before midnight or later. There wouldn't be anything wrong with this but I'm a bear if I don't get my sleep. She did make up for it though by getting me some Bojangles on Saturday. It was really awesome getting to see her and I'm really glad that I got to go up there a day earlier so that I could hang out with her. Next time we have to go to Myabis,and to Blue Sky, and hopefully she won't be baby-sitting. For the most part I had fun- but it really wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be. Of course, I'm probably overthinking things like I normally do.
2. Seeing Gene was great- and I even got to see The Mormon too. I harassed him with my driving a bit- and I was really tempted to just make him get out and walk back to the base- but I refrained from doing so. Afterall, I have to get my harassing in when I can with him.( Gene that is) When we went horse-back riding- he almost got thrown from a horse- and my horse decided to run straight through a bush. Luckily, my horse straightened up after that.
3. I did get alittle lost coming home on Sunday- but eventually I made it home and I took Travis on an "adventure." I picked him up at his house,then I blindfolded him and took him to the movies- he didn't know where we were going- until he walked into the theatre and the smell of popcorn gave it away. We saw The Ring 2- which was ok- but it was a lot of fun to see him trip over the curb and almost walk smack into the door.
4. I am watching Brice and Annie everyday after-school- which is so much fun. I discovered that wearing Flip-Flops is probably not a good idea if you plan on riding a Razor Scooter- and that you can get quite a work-out from being wrestled on a trampoline.
5. I have to take my car to Honda Car-Land- hopefully they can fix it really quick- because if I have to leave it there over-night- that is gonna stink.
6. If this entry is all over the place it's because my lack of sleep is starting to affect me.
7. I called Ames the other day- but she didn't answer her phone- I'm wondering if it's even worth a shot. I don't know what else to say on this, I miss hanging out with her tons- and it stinks that we haven't really talked in about 3 mths. This seems like forever. I hate it when you " grow apart" from friends. I hate this a bunch.
8. I've been hanging out with Ashley lately- she was in one of my classes and we have a lot of stuff in common. She wants me to be roommates- but I'm still thinking about that. I'm gonna help her out with a baby-sitting job at her church.
9. I am scared of a lot of stuff right now.
10. I am ready for Spring Break.
11. I hope that I get to go and visit up at EC soon.
