summer summer!
i've been looking into what i'm doing for summer all weekend. these are the choices i've narrowed it down to.
i can:
A- find a job and an apartment and stay in boulder (jobs are tricky and rent is spendy if i live on my own)
B- work as a waitress at a resort in a national park (alaska and colorado are the most promising locations-both beautiful)
C- work/volunteer at a environmental retreat center. (lots of fun, really cool people, but probably end the summer with about $100 more -max- than is in my account right now-not much)
D- be a camp counselor! (i have applied to two places. both in mn. both i would be a theater teacher and cabin counselor for kids 7-12)
any other suggestions as to other cool things to do this summer? i don't intend on going home, because i want to do new things, and i've already lived in alex for a while. i want to do something that i have never done before, and will be alot of fun, i also need to make money- not spend money. ideas?
also, if anyone wants to do anything with me, let me know! if you are looking for a place to live somewhere cool, we can get a place in boulder for the summer togeather! that would be lots of fun, and would definately sway me to stay in boulder. boulder is crazy and beautiful and has all sorts of lovely things to do. you'd also have ME as a roomie and an adventure in colorado! everyone needs adventure.
