The format that I changed was personal preference. That was a matter of different taste. The corrections that are needed in this are just careless errors.
Please use a spelling and grammar check when you prepare materials. There are about 4 typos on the first line alone.
I tried to call you but your phone goes right into voice mail. These are the kind of mistakes that I think you can avoid if you pay more attention to details. That is very important.
If you have to do things over, and I need to correct them, we are spending three times the amount of time to complete tasks.
