Outside Room 310, Tuesday Afternoon

A few quick knocks on Matilda's door announced the twin's arrival. Since Friday, they'd been wanting to play with Napoleon and give him the little kitty toys they'd made while at work. Hoping Matilda wasn't in class at the moment, they waited outside her room to see if she'd answer.

Matilda answers with a grin, she's cradling Napoleon and she waves his little gray paw at them, "Hey you guys."

//"So cute..."// They can't help but switch into Japanese. The picture of Matilda and an itty bitty kitty is too cute to not melt over.

Matilda holds him out to them. "He wants kitty kisses."
Napoleon mews at Kaoru, //Daddy!//

"I am not giving kitty kisses!" Hikaru makes a face as Kaoru turns a shade of red. Daddy?!

"Don't be such a baby Hikaru. It's a kitten." He smiles a little and rubs his cheek against the kitten, replying with a mew, //"Hey there little one."//

Napoleon pushes the crown of his head against Kaoru's cheek and purrs happily.

"He really likes you Kaoru." Matilda keeps it to herself that she agrees with the kitty's choice in friends.

"He should like me too, I have the presents for him." Hikaru pouts a little and holds up the little bag they had brought with them.

Napoleon looks at Hikaru inquisitively. //Looks like daddy.// It seems he's found a name for Hikaru...

"Aww... that's sweet Hika.."

"Yea, we made little wind-up toys for him when we were at work the other day." Kaoru reaches in the bag and pulls one out to show Napoleon.

Napoleon bats at the tiny mechanical mouse's string tail.

"I think he likes it already." Matilda giggled.

Hikaru took a few out and wound them up, letting them loose in Matilda's room to scoot around along the ground.

Napoleon likes things to chase, he hops from Kaoru's arms to bat at the little things and pounce them.

"Thanks for everything..." Matilda looks really sincere and very touched by their gifts.

"Don't look so cute." They rub her head and grin, sitting on the ground with the kitten to play.

She sits between them with a smile, "You guys really are my best friends..."

Both leaned into her shoulders, "And we're more than happy to be..." Kaoru murmured, trailing a string around for the kitten to chase.
