(no subject)
So my brother called me today. Which was quite nice. And he was all "I want you to come to UCF. You have no one at FSU. Yeah, you're friends might be there for you in the beginning, but then what happens when they find someone new? I'm a senior. I know where everything is. I know who to go to for what. I could help you. When you're bored or lonely, call me up. It'll make things a lot easier on mom and dad too. They don't have to drive 8 hours just to see you. They can visit both of us at the same time. UCF has their own seperate campus for communications and event planning. There is actually a city outside of UCF. In Tallahassee, the whole city is surrounded by that school. It's no good if you don't wanna be in political science."
And it went on and on. Yes, he did make some valid points. And yes, now he has me thinking. But I wanna go to FSU. It's dignified. It's famous. They've got their own circus for God's sake! It's FSU!
So now, I'm gonna sit down with my parents and see what they have to say. I know what they are gonna say. "Do what you want. Not what your brother thinks is good for you."
But still, it would be nice to have someone there. Not just someone, but family.
