Green Bagels are Taking Over the World
I'm at the lab right now. What a surprise. No one would dare think I'd be home. I mean, it's not like there is one day a week that I'm not out somewhere . Lately all I want is just one night to relax . Is that too much to ask? Oh wait, I know the answer. Yes it is.
So I just finished my FuGene6 transfections of the BT474 cells with v-erb-b2 and control lentivirus. We'll see how that turns out. Glowing green breast cancer cells will make me happy.
Not much has been going on. Correction: actually, a lot has been going on, but nothing that I feel the need to post for the world to view.
We got our list of course offerings for next year today. I have no idea what I'm going to do. I really hope I got recommended for AP Bio and AP English but who knows. I already figured out what classes I want to take, but the problem is that the mod total is about 43. Yes, that's stretching the maximum even more than this year is, which is not going to work too well, especially since Mr. A. is going to be trying to get me an internship at a Guilderland's Emergency Veterinary clinic for the year. At least Ms. Vigliante did come through in straightening my music credit out.
The people for Middle States evaluation are here this week. How fun. I'd like to see what the reaction would be if we didn't get approved.
Right now I'm on such a sugar high from eating the ice cream and rock candy that we made in Chemistry lab. Kacie, Megan, and I added extra vanilla and sugar. Now I'm soooo hyper, yet soooo tired. Oh, I love that feeling. I'll be dying tonight once the sugar gets through my system...then I can add some caffeine!
