Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
After an awful car ride, we're finally relaxing in Bettendorf! My mashed potatoes are warming up in the oven, the turkey is roasting, and the kitchen smells like butter fried sweet potatoes. I love this holiday. Maybe next year we can do it in IL with the Smith clan like old times or at home with my family! <3 I'm gonna have a good weekend with the in-laws though! Nice to be away from the stress of school and life. plus its 60 and sunny so the dog can be outside all day long, which makes him happy. :-)
