Woah.
I just hit page 40. I never thought this project would grow this big. I'm also amazed that even at 40 pages, I feel like there are ideas that I wish I'd researched more, facts I wish I knew so that I could include, resources I never got to that I wish I had... There's more work to be done here! It's also funny that I'm putting this much time into a project I already have an A on my transcript for. I'm doing it for the sake of doing it, and it's huge, and it's strong (I think) but there is still SO much more I wish I could DO with it. Just a few more pages I think. Maybe 5? That sounds sufficient.
I am going to enjoy being an academic.
And a 150 page PhD thesis really doesn't seem as intimidating when I know how easy a 40-50 page paper (that could easily be expanded to be so much more if I had the time to do it) has been to write!
