Party?
The party will be this Friday the 3rd. I know it's late notice but this just seems like the best time for us. Plus most people are off work so it's kind of like a Saturday. Start time I'm not sure of yet. Maybe 8?
The motorcycle is very close to being finished. It looks like a completely different bike now. I stripped the tank and did a brushed aluminum look with clear coat. We made a custom seat and added a rear fairing so it's very cafe racer now. All that's left is to paint the engine, try to clean up some more surface rust, and figure out the tail light and plate mounting. I will be riding it this weekend for sure, if not sooner. You other bike/scooter owners should let me know when you go out.
The auto-x yesterday was fun. I really didn't do as well as I hoped. Of course it was still a lot of fun but I tend to get competitive these days.
