honestly if you held a gun to a kids head and said, "you can die or live here in an orphanage till your 18" i think a great deal of them would choose to keep there lives,
alot of people make the "its her body" argument, but streatch marks and a few extra pounds are a small price to pay in my opinion. and as for the mental anguish giving up your child is, killing isnt any easyer. we all need to live with the decisions we make, but agree that we should be allowed to make those decisions.
My cousin had 5 abortions, for the simple fact she didnt want them. they were just bi products of her sleeping around and a bit of a nusance that just kept coming up. its incredibly sad to sit down and realy think about that situation. five healthy children, from my family, that are now dead. because their mother just didnt want them.
i duno, its sad people throw away so much so easly.

but my grandma told my mom, when she found out she was pregnant with me, that she 'might as well have an abortion.' i was almost given up for adoption. and she kept me. so, even though i was one of those wanted ones, i was unwanted, too, and knowing that until i was born i was so hated and unwanted in my family, the one that prizes me now, that kind of hurts. but the point is, my mom had that choice, regardless of what she did with it. she had the choice. and that's all i'm fighting for.
