i have once again survived NJ...
i came in nearly DFL, so i'm sad.
there was one highlight. we found the GREATEST SUB PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE!
it was perfect.
the bread was tasty and crisp and didn't get soggy
the lettuce was crisp and finely chopped without being wilted
the tomatoes were tasty and flavorful and wern't over-juicy or seedy
the roasted red peppers were grilled to perfection: crunchy without being to tough of soft
the onions were sweet and delicious without being to tangy and provided just the right onion taste
the sweet peppers had floavor and texture
the oils didn't make the bread soggy and complimented the sandwich
and the spices provided the right taste without being overpowering!!!!!!
it was sooo...good...
but the rest of the weekend was okay
filled with sketchy old people, but that wwas it...
