• Calorie Mate has pulled out the big guns for their website as they continue with their 24 campaign (promoting the release of season 4 on DVD in Japan on September 2nd; it looks like the season 4 cover art for the Japanese version is a bit different than the UK one). There's a new commercial with Kiefer Sutherland (Jack Bauer) available for the 15:00-16:00 hour, with poor Jack squished in the subway by unfazed schoolgirls and yelling in typical Jack fashion while the girls chat about Calorie Mate flavors. :P This commercial corresponds to the "story" of Jack Bauer in Japan that's currently being updated on Calorie Mate every so often.
  
  
• And not cast-related news, but Calorie Mate also has put up a CTU game up where you're a new agent joining the CTU Japan division. There's only one "mission" up so far, which is a typing game, but once you clear it, you can gain access to these wallpapers... [middle] [right] [left]
  
  
• Dennis Haysbert (David Palmer) has been named the Grand Marshal of this year's Allstate 400 at the Brickyard, which will be televised on NBC on August 7th, at 2:30 PM EDT from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He will be part of pre-race activities like the ceremonial parade lap and waving the green flag to signal the start of the Allstate 400.
  
  
• The mini-seies Empire will be available on DVD on November 29th as a 2-disc set. You can see James Frain (Paul Raines) as Brutus and Dennis Haysbert as Magonius.
  
  
• Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe O'Brian) is a part of a new comedy show in L.A. starting from July 31st, along with Paul F. Tomkins, Blaine Capatch, and Jen Kirkman. There's no name for the show as of yet, but it's in Room 5 above Amalfi, 143 N. La Brea Ave., 7:30 PM, and costs $5. Or call (323)-938-2504.
