have you ever thought of running away? now, I don't mean the type of running away where you think your life is awful and you need to escape something; there are no problems involved, just that satisfaction in your life that makes you ready for so much more...and you just want to go. to take everything in your life and just move when you can and be able to survive. And I look at the way I live now, and how I lived this summer, and I realize that I am in this amazing situation where my life is content and i can live comfortably on my own, and that life can be like that if you want it to. You don't have to fall into the constraints and identity that society pushes you towards. you can run away to find the world!!!!Ali-cat best of luck to you this semester, it has begun...I hope your trip is amazing!
"i feel i've never told you the story of the ghost" in our apartment. it's funny really cause over the summer andrew and jess and jeff and i all came to the conclusion that our house is haunted by some friendly spirit...or seemingly friendly...when you're alone in the house sometimes you hear the creaking of the stairs or envison some slightly waivering shadow that passes in a moment's time...isn't it amazing to believe? i find it facinating really to be able to entertain the possiblity of something beyond what i can experience with my senses; how emotional feelings hold such sway, love, hate, ecstacy, jealousy, enlightenment...we study the way these feelings affect our lives and our decisions and yet so few people will consider it one of the senses...why is that? hum...emotions as a door to the soul...a connection of souls, the communication that exists independently from our body...
"time to put your money where your mouth is, put em in a field and...let em fight it out.." what a great quote!!!! think about it really. what is money really worth? the people with money are always studying words.... language is an insight to the class a person belongs to, there used to be (and still are) words and dialects that are reserved for those with money, so which it would seem that society today thinks too much about money and not enough about what is really important...WORDS!! and language...money can get you places, but if you have the power of language you can get yourself anywhere without exorbenent amounts of money...
"relax, the world will spin beside itself and suck you in with threats and hopes beyond compare..." there is so much out there, good and bad, and there is no way to experience life without taking risks! take risks all the time because you don't get to see the most amazing moments without taking a risk to get there. GET SUCKED IN!!! to life to you, to your happiness and the amazing place in which you exist!
