Reccer's Comments: One thing about which I'm continually shocked and delighted is this fandom's capacity to turn up the occasional enjoyable, believable piece of kid fic. As I've done with most of my previous recs, I'm offering this up as the finest example I've seen. Lestrade is usually considered childless, so the fact that we get to see him as a father here is one more feather in this piece's proverbial cap. morganstuart writes with vivid grace and gentle humor.
