Neutrals: +26 0 0 0

I added a new layer and filled it with a light blue color (#B8FBFF)
Set the Layer to Color burn
Set Opacity to 43%

I added another new layer and filled it with a light brown color (#FFD9B8)
Set the layer to softlight
I kept Opacity to 100% (This can be varied, depending on images brightness)

**Optional Step:
I added another new layer and filled it with a light oink color (#FFB7E3)
Set the layer to color burn
I set Opacity to 22% (This can be varied, depending on images brightness)

I didn't use this step in my final image, sometimes I scrap it, sometimes I don't.

Add Text.

And Viola!
