im ready to take over the world.

workout plan
wednesdays @ 1030pm hit the gym for about 1 hr or 1.5 hrs.
friday mornings @ 700am hit the gym for 1.5 hrs
saturdays @ 3pm hit the gym for 2 hrs
sundays@ 3pm hit the gym for 2 hrs

Dance Dance Revolution workout routine
PLay on
mon,tues,thursday,sat,and sun for 1 hr.

i also have my pilates workouts on paper that i will do later on i gotta take it easy for now its gonna be eating healthier going to the gym 4 times a week and playing DDR

im so excited i believe i weigh 235 but i will post tomorrow
