2008. yes i know im 3 weeks late but its finally hit me. im sick of this.
today i am going to clean my room and wash my hair put in a deep threatment while a play DDR =)
then im going to do rollers and blow out my hair. why? because im ready for a new me all over a gain or should i say the old me. the girl that used to do her hair and nails every week. paid attention to went into her mouth. loved working out and always had a smile on her face. dressed like a rockstar cause im fly like that lol. anyways im very optimistic right now.
i just came back from the supermarket i have my meals all planned out for the week.
breakfast
cup of warm water w/lemon with either
special k w/skim milk and a yogurt
or fruit and cream oatmeal packet made w/skim milk & a yogurt
Lunch
turkey breast and cheese sanwhich on wheat bread w. a bit of mayo and ketchup if possible letttuce and tomatoes.
w/granola bar or apple sauce
bottle of water
Dinner
healthy harvest soup or cambells soup at hand
w.honey pretzels
bottle of water
Desert
water w/apple sauce or granola bar or popsicle.
so i have baught all of this so far. i know this way of eating works for me so im so excited. the only think im concerned about is not having enough fruits or vegtables. but i will slowly try and start putting that in. the supermarket had nsaty bananas ( my fav) so i didnt get any. but im very excited about my meals coming up. i will post my measurements tonight. and my weight tomorrow morning. yay!!
im going to Fl in 10 weeks or so (march 28th)
if i lose 3 pounds every week thats 30 pounds hmm ....im thinking that would be amazing. down to 205 by march 28th? i wanna do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
