i am restricting this week...
gym routine has changed to
eliptical and treadmill
and crunches
no weight machines.
i have a all white party to go to at a club on august 15th for my boyfriends cousins bday..and i WILL not be the fat chick!
my goal for august 15h is to be down 15 lbs down to 212.6 originally kidn of the weight i started this journal...hopefully by restricting and working out i can get lower than that. because only 2 weeks ago i was 216. wtf?
anyways here it is
