what happens when you know something is going on.. somewhere behind the scenes? you know there’s SOMETHING. you just can’t put your finger on it
then certain events start to happen that make you suspect even more what’s going on. whether people have ulterior motives or malevolent intent. maybe it’s all in your mind, but you notice these things nonetheless. they drive you insane just because of the implications they may carry, or the consequences that might follow if the right action isn’t taken.
the mind always plays tricks on people, making them see things and then drawing its own conclusions instead of the rational way of figuring it out: asking just what it was all about. on the other hand, human nature has instilled in us our innate sense of pride. we don’t want to get hurt or seem foolish, so we abandon truth for a less painful way. we side-step the situation and when the right opening arrives, we dive in.
