I don't think it's meningitis because I have none of the other symptoms. Also the headaches are very mild (which is why I'm not totally panicking right now) but maybe it's developing gradually. There are so many bad things it could be.
And your meal looks great. I'm especially interested in the sugar cane soda since I've spotted soda like that in the Chinese supermarket, and I want to try it too :)
Yeah, too bad I don't live in your country where there's free healthcare. The emergency room isn't free, I'm going to get a bill I'm just not going to pay it.
The soda isn't just cane sugar soda, it also uses triple filtered water and has no artificial flavors, colorings, or preservatives.
Merely having cane sugar in soda instead of corn syrup is common and cheap in other places. In a lot of countries cane sugar soda is normal. The reason it's expensive here is because there's a company that has a monopoly on the domestic sugar cane, and politicians helped them impose high tariffs for imports so they're basically fixing the price of it. I don't know the exact details. Jamie Johnson explains it in his documentary The One Percent.
Ha, that's not expensive. I'd include a link to a sixpack of ordinary soda in my country, but I have too much of a headache (I know exactly where mine's from, though. Aaaah, the USA - land of cheap beer, and highly expensive healthcare. *Sigh*)
Good luck with that headache... I hope it's nothing nasty. :(
Sugar cane soda tastes noticeably different. I wouldn't say it's necessarily better, I like both kinds equally. If you want to try some, you can probably find it in a local ethnic grocery store. There's this big Mexican grocery store near my house that has glass bottles of Fanta with sugar cane.
The Alexia mushroom bites were awesome, but I think someone could make their own for a bit cheaper. What you see on the plate is all the mushroom bites that came in the box.

Minimum wage where I live is $7.25 per hour. Also here a gallon (3.78 liters) of gasoline costs $2.50.
And yeah, me too. :(

I hope your headaches turn out to be nothing serious.
