1 can butter beans, drained and mashed with a fork + a long looooong drizzle of olive oil + the juice of 1 very juicy lemon + salt + 1 mashed garlic clove + lots of paprika = THE MOST DELICIOUS THING. It is like hummus only without having to fork out for tahini! Which I approve of, because seriously, who ever uses all that tahini.
I want to eat it all right now, but I must wait until my poppyseed bread is done. BAKE FASTER. D:
