extracurricular activities
in the purgatory between graduation and finding a job, time seems to stand still. and then, once you've found a job, that job becomes the center of your life.
it's odd, considering all the things one is involved in when still in school.
life as a newly working woman hasn't been fun. i commute between jersey and ny, and by the time i get home at the end of the day, all i want to do is sleep. and the weekends? hell, i sleep those away as well. there don't seem to be that many alternatives anyway, aside from the odd movie or bar trip with friends.
but now i've signed up for a callanetics class once a week and cardio callanetics once a week. and i'm joining my (ex)church choir, so i can get back into the whole singing thing. yay!
