So I found this adorable pattern online and I want to make it.

The I was to make the green one.

But I don't under stand some of the things in the pattern, any help please.
Below is the pattern, I highlighted the part I am unclear on or just have no clue what they mean. The main things I don't understand is what does ml means and what does tbl mean. (also what does PSSO mean?

Next row: purl
Next row: *k1 m1* rep 5 more times, k1, 13 sts
Next row: purl
