[Seth][Fire Emblem 8][starlitlady] Silver Secrets

1. Seth dearly loves to read. His favorite novels are the romance ones, where the knight marries the Princess. These are Eirika’s favorites too.
2. The Silver Knight happens to blush as easily as a maiden. He’s very thankful for his tanned skin to semi-hide it. Women happen think it makes him more adorable… which makes him blush more.
3. His favorite season is also the season he hates; summer. Princess Eirika suffers from heat sickness regularly and he curses the weather… save the days that she decides to wear the sun dresses she received for her previous birthday. Then, he spends the day guarding her from stolen glances.
4. He’s gotten better, but Seth can’t breathe properly until he’s seen the Princess of Renais each morning. Then, he can’t breathe because she’s too close to him. He doubts he’ll ever figure out a balance.
5. Seth has his OCD moments. He weapons must be cleaned after every use, or he’ll simply worry himself into a mild tizzy. A tizzy to Seth equals a slight sigh, crinkling of the eyebrows, and generally someone picking on him [[Forde and/or Eirika]].
6. King Fado like was a father to him. When the King said, “I expect you to love, honor, and protect my daughter, no matter the cost,” Seth’s heart leapt to his throat. He never had the courage to ask about the “love” part. He regrets it everyday.
7. The first time Seth saw the Gwyllgi, he thought he was going to have an accident. He’s terrified of dogs, all dogs, even those little ankle-biting things women have in the court. No one talks about why though-- he gets twitchy and that could be dangerous when he’s carrying a sword…
8. The Silver Knight is ticklish. The real reason he didn’t want Eirika to examine his wound was because of his ticklishness and her hands are softer than feathers. Also, he blushes when he laughs or thinks about laughing.
9. He’s not as stoic as he makes himself out to be. In fact, he’s quite expressive. People would be flabbergasted in they knew half the things he said in his head. And no one would ever look at L’Arachel the same.
10. Seth loves gossip. He only scolds Forde after he finishes telling Kyle his dirt. But when the topic of a certain aqua-haired princess comes up, Seth is thankful for his good hearing.
11. The Silver Knight gained his title not from his armor, but because of Eirika’s chatter with the maids. “Father said that Seth will be my knight is shining armor. I bet it can outshine the purest silver!”
12. The night Renais fell, Seth knew he was in love. This was also the night he broke his oath. Renais was no longer the most important thing in his life.
13. Eirika laid her heart out for him to see. Seth started to confess, but saw the image of his father shaking his head and he lost his nerve. After the Princess retired for the evening, he also lost his dinner.
14. After Ephraim rejoined the army, he saw the change in his general. When he confronted him about it, Seth was silent. He couldn’t look at his new king. Ephraim commanded that, “You damn well better take care of her.” Seth renewed his vows.
15. Franz was actually the one to convince him to talk to Eirika about what had happened. Franz looked at him, practically with tears in his eyes, and asked, “You’re not afraid, are you General?” He could have sworn he heard Franz laughing after he left, but he dismissed it as his imagination.
16. Seth admires Joshua. He admires how confident he is, how laid back he is, but mostly he likes his hair.
17. The Silver Knight loves the ocean. He loves the smell of the salty air, the feel of sand, the heaviness of the wind. The fact that it’s the same color as his Queen’s eyes are simply a coincidence.
18. Seth has a paw print shaped birthmark on his left butt cheek.
19. He’s afraid of the dark. He’d never forgive himself if something happened to Eirika during the night because he allowed himself the luxury of sleep. Once the sun starts to fall, Seth can be seen stationed outside the door to her bedchambers, until Kyle or Forde forces him away to rest.
20. Seth is a strong man. He’s seen men die in front of him and by his hand. He’s felt a man’s dying breath on his cheek. He’s not afraid to die for Renais, or his Eirika. When his son was born, and he listened to Eirika scream, his hands were shaking and he broke out in a cold sweat. The first time he ever fainted was when he heard the cry from his newborn child.
