Disclaimer/Notes/Whatever: I've discovered that these things take a lot longer when they're requests. Uh, this was a request for
blackest_crow. I play Aesa,
lazulidragon plays Naesala, and Anne (who gets a few mentions) is played by
littlefreeze. Don't own FE9.
1. Aesa’s third thought upon seeing her double, after “What on Tellius?” and “Hey, I’m actually… kind of cute,” was, “Though he probably doesn’t go for the whole narcissism bit…”
Ah, Aesa, how little you knew.
2. Aesa managed to push such thoughts out of her mind until the genderswap, when she discovered the, ah, side effects of having an interesting dream while male. Needless to say, she’s refrained from bringing this up, and probably will never admit to Naesala who the dream was about.
3. For the better part of a few months, Aesa’s thought processes when she was talking to Naesala usually went like this: “Blah blah blah trade and politics blah. Wait, what did he just sa- oh. Oh. He can’t possibly have meant that but… mm.”
4. The most effective way of making Aesa blush (and there are many, many ways) is physical contact with her wings. Even a brief brush turns her red. This is also the most effective way of getting her to do something impulsive, such as kiss her double.
5. Aesa didn’t sneak a peek at Naesala and Leanne being… occupied while she was shooing away the king’s subordinates. Nope. Not even a tiny glance. And she certainly didn’t, even on some subconscious level, consider it hot.
6. Likewise, during the bodyswap, Leanne rejected the idea of physically restraining Shinon-in-Aesa for reasons completely unrelated to the fact that someone might consider the sight of what appeared to be Naesala tying up Aesa… odd. Nope. Completely unrelated. How dare you think she even thought like that?
7. Despite knowing that he’s clearly the more experienced one and that he knew what he was doing, Aesa still questions why he decided to go at it with only a long tunnel separating them from Naesala’s clearly perverted lackeys.
8. Aesa really wishes that the topic of her and Naesala wasn’t always the first topic of conversation when getting new people up to speed.
9. In a nutshell: There was a threesome, it was all well and good and hot, Aesa will blush if you mention it, Naesala and Anne will smirk.
10. Later, when the gods decided to screw with everyone’s ages, there was much hair-pulling. This clearly meant love at first sight.
11. There was also a very interesting conversation that went as follows:
“Why are those two talking about us being married?”
“I dunno, ‘cause I wouldn’t marry a girl. Girls have cooties.”
Truer words were never spoken.
12. Naesala holds the record for being least fazed when told that two of his girlfriends lovers paramours were also sleeping with each other. (Aesa holds the record for blushing most, but you probably knew that.)
13. Lady Aesa is severely aggravated whenever someone refers to her as ‘queen’, because in Kilvan law, she’d have to be married to the king to still be queen, and she’s, well, not.
14. Despite this, she was severely disappointed when it was confirmed that there was no way on Tellius that marriage was ever going to become a polygamous institution. Sigh. Back to the drawing board?
15. Aesa considers Naesala’s more protective moments to be absolutely adorable - not that she’d dare tell him that.
16. ‘Naesalacest’, as the rest of the journal-users refer to it, has developed such an infamous reputation that barely anyone in Castle Kilvas doesn’t know about it.
17. Aesa is secure enough in her relationships to help plot to get Leanne back together with Naesala. …Or perhaps she’s just bored.
18. Aesa is also secure enough in her relationships to tease anyone who shows even the slightest interest in Naesala (which is… most everyone, really.).
19. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to make Naesala blush. It only happens once in a blue moon, and Aesa considers having made him blush once to be one of her greatest accomplishments.
20. Aesa hasn’t quite worked up the nerve to actually try anything, but… she would like to top sometime.
