Seifer threw Fuu against the walls, her moans of torment apparently not heard. It was ever so rarely when he got like this; something must've happened during patrol. "Seifer-," she started, but was slapped in the face. When he drew his hand back, he saw blood on his hand, and he looked back at her. Her nose was bleeding.
"Blood?" he said, more to himself than aloud. What...had he just done? He'd struck her (and he could apologize later), but...blood? "Oh god. Oh my fucking god," he screamed. What in the world had he just done?
"Seifer," she said, covering her nose and still trying to approach him. It was clear she still loved him, that she understood that he hadn't meant to hurt her. Yet even though he knew that, he couldn't take it. How could he let his anger blow up on her? He took his clean hand and ran it across her face, and grimaced at himself. Damn him! How could he go out of control like this?
He ran out the room and slammed the door, ashamed of himself. Fuu stood there in total shock, waiting on him to come back. But he wouldn't. Not for a while.
