You know that whole, once they hook up the shows over thing SUCKS!! I would love to see them together. Hook them up, and lets see if the rates go down.

I have to agree with you here. That line about the show is over yadayadayada is just an industry copout, IMO, for lazy writing. There have been shows with couples hooked up since this industry began that haven't been boring. It's more challenging going from unhooked to hooked up, but it can be done and still keep it lively and interesting. So poo on 'em for not being bold and going for it.

THANK YOU! I don't get that whole thing! I never will. I'm not saying everyone wants to see them together.. of course not.... but I KNOW a lot of people who do. And.. you know what? I don't think the ratings would be really that different if they were together or not together. I HATE that excuse!

And I find it very interesting that some people are getting such a kick out of this and laughing at the Booth and Brennan shippers because of what Eddie said. That is not nice! *cries*

Hey, I want to see them get together eventually. I'm a big Booth/Bones shipper. I just don't want it to happen for a long time...say 6 or 7 seasons.

And yes, the ratings would fall if they got together in S2. Even David and Emily said it on the DVD set. They want whats healthy and best for the show's longevity. Its much more fun to se the teases and angst, than for them to jump right in the sack right away. I want the show to have a nice long run...then let them get together.

I don't want what happened to shows like Dr. Quinn, Moonlighting, JAG, Scarecrow and Mrs King, ect...to happen to my Bones. *grin*

Dude, I am so looking forward to him being on the show. Nothing is better for the cohesion of the characters on a show , thanto have different stressors coming in. And Sully is going to be a stressor on Booth and Bren's relationship.

I don't care what anyone says about Sully, or how much pissing and moaning there'll be about the fact that he's getting with Bones and "he's not Booth!WAAAh!" - I think it will be a lot of fun.

Dude, Booth/Bren get together = end of show. Period. So let's let Bones get some booty and have fun for a change with a hottie. Booth's had his nookie fun...time for Bones to play!
