The episode would have been a lot better if it wasn't so obvious that the Twilight kid did it right from the start. Though that snippet of BB made up for it a little.

They had that one really obvious shot where they told him the other guy had been murdered and he really nervously pushed up his glasses. My mom and I looked at each other and were like, "Soooo...he did it, right?"

Pretty much, yeah. I might have rated it higher if the murderer hadn't been so painfully obvious from the beginning.
