An easy (non-baking) recipe
The "Michelada"
Take a very cold bottle of Negra Modelo beer. Pour it in a 16 oz. glass with a salted rim (marguerita-style). Add the juice of 1 lime.
(optional: add half the squeezed out remains of the lime. I was first shown this recipe with it in there, but after trying it with and without, I think I prefer it without.)
It is the most ridiculously refreshing thing I have ever had. Perfect for after a long day of cleaning out a house you are trying to sell.
