At least you've got a positive attitude about it... but I'd rather not start a project that might take a year if we didn't have to.

Because I have a lot of other things to do. Training, sparring, keeping the Blue Rogues going... a lot of other stuff. Building a house would cut into all of that, especially if they want it done fast.
