the wump world will never be the same

after a stressful, long, and exhausting day from 5:30-4:00, last night was some good times. first was a dinner at jessica's house for all the kids who've gone on the ugandan trip. bishop william from uganda was there! it was so wonderful to see him and talk to him. hearing the african accent again is amazingly good.

he said, "they always ask about our haley, saying, 'where is our babygirl always singing and smiling?' when are you coming back to us, haley?" i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope this summer. and i got to see my friend sarah who's been living over there on and off and going to school in michigan on and off. she's going back to uganda for 7 months starting january to teach english and i'm sooooo jealous. she's gonna call me tonight about a coffee date. i've always thought that i'd despise being a teacher, but when i think about teaching the kids there, kids who want to learn, it seems so much more appealing. after our uganda partay was...

cranium at kumc with nathan, daniel, vanessa, dan cole, and teri!
haley and nathan: team global killahs, what?! haha.
-the reading of the wump world by daniel stewart
-the listening of the new mix cd from nathan lee
-sculpt "courage"
-hey, margarita! *include hand motion*
-it's an event...ticker tape parade

the wump world made me sad. i like the wumps; i bet they have soft noses. and even though the pollutians left...it'll never be the same. :(

tomorrow is thanksgiving and i miss my jane!
hey! everybody eat lots of stuffing, it's my favorite.

i remember it well
the first time that i saw
your head 'round the door
'cause mine stopped working
i remember it well
