Ah. Tempus Fugit.The snow has made me retreat to the warmth of the fireplace in my quarters more often. That is why I have not been seen in the library often. Forgive me if I was uncommunicative for the past few weeks. I believe there was someone who wanted a position in the library

Mm. Uh, newer and thicker ones, perhaps.

How are you faring in this weather, Miss Walker?

I like it, for the most part. A person can always wrap up warmer, but there's only so much you can take off, you know?

It must be nice to have a real open fire.

True. Even in the privacy of your own home.

It is, but then again, there is soot everywhere, I sneeze every so often there is a draft, and it is an absolute must that you clean the chimney every now and then. But otherwise... yes, it is charming. Perhaps you could have one built in your apartment? Will it be possible?

I don't think there's room in my apartment for any building work, not unless it's any extension, anyhow. Besides, I don't really have the decor for it.

Maybe I can come by and borrow yours sometimes?
