I would be interested in a part-time position on the library's staff. I am an avid reader with a unique appreciation for words and I am familiar with libraries and their organization. I hope you will consider me for any part-time help you might need.

Ah, of course. An avid reader is always welcome as a part of any library's staff. I guess we shall still need to talk to the administration, or deities, about adequate wages, but I shall make certain that everyone who decides to join will be properly paid.
